We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products purchased directly from Reddy Smart. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the product price.
Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or specially ordered products
- Software that has been opened or downloaded
- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
- Installation services that have already been performed

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a 25% cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee
